Reports to:  Operations Director


Renaissance Christian Church seeks a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual who will provide support to the Operations Lead. Responsibilities typically include managing supplies inventory, assisting the organization of event volunteers, and overseeing the planning and execution of church calendar events.


  • Provide logistical support, planning and execution for events
  • Serves as a point person with Operations Director during church calendar activities
  • Coordinate event volunteers
  • Assists with event communication and promotion    
  • Provides general office support when needed
  • Track event, Sunday service, and office supply inventories (ordering, restocking and transporting supplies to school)  
  • Serve as a volunteer backup on Sundays for CREWs, Info Desk, or The Renaissance Lounge
  • Time Commitment: Sundays 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Mondays 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., occasional Friday evenings and Saturday mornings, possible weekday hours during big event seasons


  • Operations Director: weekly meetings and project check-ins
  • Communication Director: project check-ins
  • Creative Director: project check-ins
  • Crew Director: Sunday check-ins


  • Deep commitment to the Lordship of Jesus Christ in every arena in your life
  • Demonstrated administrative and event planning experience
  • Proven organizational and time management skills to complete a high volume of varied responsibilities in a fast-paced setting with keen attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Flexible and adaptable; open to feedback and improvement with positive and humble attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
